First and foremost, Coaching is a partnership. During the coaching process we will work together to help you deeply reconnect with yourself, set the goals you want to achieve and work towards them. We will work focusing mainly on the present and aiming towards the future, moments we can have a real impact.

My job as a coach is to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be and to do that in a way that allows you to learn, evolve and lead.

It’s important to highlight that Coaching is different from therapy, training, consulting or mentoring. A coach is not supposed to work on the past, give any advice or express opinions; the goal is to make the answers flourish from the coachee by challenging her/him, creating awareness and space for new possibilities.

Leadership Mindset Coaching is for all people looking to boost their abilities and skills to exert leadership professionally and/ or personally. Your mindset affects your behaviors, and your behaviors affects your results. We will work together to understand how you face challenges and adversities, how you deal with people, enhance your ability to be present, open, mindful so you can develop a more aligned and positive impact towards the achievement of your goals.

Career Coaching is mainly for people looking to transition into new roles. We will work together to better understand who you are as a professional, identify what are your main assets, what is important to you in a job and in a career, what are your main values and future goals so we can match it to new possible career paths.

Career Coaching

Mentoring is completely different from Coaching. People looking for Mentoring want a wise guide or counsellor. During the Mentoring Sessions, I will share with you the 15 years of experience I had from my corporate career with the intention to create learning and development. The best way to benefit from this input is to combine it with the Coaching Process to be held previously to the Mentoring Sessions. The awareness gained through Coaching will help you create deeper learnings for yourself, aligned to your own values and goals.

The sessions are held mainly online, via ZOOM, SKYPE or phone. This format allows us to have more flexibility, connect from anywhere, with no time wasted during transportation. If there is a special need for face-to-face meetings, we can arrange it exceptionally. The sessions can be held in English, Portuguese or French.

Structure

Program Structure

Initial Session

Every coaching program starts with a 60 minutes Initial Session. We will talk about what made you look for Coaching, your expectations, the Coaching Process and the benefits you can get from it. The program usually lasts 5 to 10 sessions, monthly follow ups can be considered. A coaching agreement and a contract will follow our commitment.

The Coaching Process

During the Coaching Process, we will work together weekly, in partnership, towards the achievement of your goals. We will follow the CLEAR Coaching Model* developed by myself to guide the process:

The Coaching Process can be enhanced by the use of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Positive Psychology and Self Reflecting Inquiry technique. Other coaching tools can also be used to raise the coachee’s awareness.

*The order of the steps might change according to the evolution of the coachee during the program.

Feedback Session

Every coaching program ends with a Feedback Session. You will be invited to talk about your feelings during the process, revisit your main achievements and evaluate our work together.

Leadership Mindset & Career

After 12 years working for big services and FMCG companies, like Itaú Bank (The largest Latin American Bank), Ipsos (The world’s third largest market research company) and Nestlé (The world’s largest food and beverage company); having a solid career as a marketing executive and being part of high potential talent pools, I decided it was time for a change. While pregnant with my first son I suddenly realized I wanted to be the seed of something bigger, I wanted to somehow positively impact people's lives and spread the change I wanted to see in the world. And this was a call.

I am myself a big seeker of mindset-improvement and after experiencing great transformation from the coaching process, I became a coaching enthusiast. In that context, being a Certified Professional Coach and Associate Certified Coach by the most renowned institution, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), felt like a natural step.

Since then, I have created my own company, developed my own CLEAR Coaching model and I have helped dozens of people find more clarity in their lives, achieve their goals and feel reassured and mindful about their life choices and professional paths.
